Cheesecake Plan {Pt.2}

See? I did it fail. I messed up my cheesecake plan. Huhu~ Sad to realize it. Despite it was my 1st trial, still causing resentment. But it’s okay, at least I’ve had done my best. Also, one thing that made me happy, my best friends liked it!! They said it was nice. Phew~ Relieved to know that (kinda compliment? Just assumed that way. LOL)

Wondering my fault, it might be the sour cream that I made with my own hands. It didn’t condensed well, too liquid compared to as I saw on youtube. Besides it had been keeping in refrigerator for 3-4days. Still don’t know how to make a perfect sour cream. Need some more practice in future if so. Wish me luck!!

Here they are the recipe~

Mini Cheesecake with Homemade Strawberry Topping

Yield Serves 10



  • Vegetable-oil cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 250 gr cream cheese, room temperature
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Boiling water, for roasting pan


~Homemade Strawberry Topping~

  • 15 pcs strawberry
  • 10 tbs sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tbs honey


  1. Make the crust: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a each mini pan (for cupcakes) with cooking spray. Wrap exterior of pan (including base) with foil.
  2. Stir together butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Press mixture firmly into bottom  of pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Reduce speed to low, and add sour cream, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla. Beat until well combined (do not overmix). Pour into chilled crust.
  4. Set mini pan in a large, shallow roasting pan. Place in oven. Carefully ladle enough boiling water into roasting pan to come halfway up sides of springform pan. Bake until cheesecake is set but still slightly wobbly in center, about 1 hour, 15 minutes. Transfer roasting pan to a wire rack. Let cake cool in roasting pan 30 minutes. Remove cheesecake from roasting pan, and refrigerate, uncovered, at least 8 hours (or overnight).
  5. Run a knife around edge of cake, and unmold.
  6. Make the topping: blend all ingredients except honey. Prepare a saucepan, pour in it. Stir and cook it at small fire level until boiling then add honey. Stir again to condense well. Cooled it.
  7. Spoon topping over cake.


Morning Warmth

AGAIN! I’m going to post my breakfast meal. It was my Saturday breakfast in the cold weather. Brr~~ I needed something to warm me, then I remembered of instant cream soup that I had. Checking in storage, I found that!

Badly hungry now~ I’d made a super extra express for breakfast. Zuppa soup might be really great! Badly, I didn’t have any ready puff pastry to put on bowl. God safe me~ One paratha bread left. Haha~ I grabbed it, then made a meal in quick. Added some seasoning might be more tasty :9


Zuppa Soup meets Paratha

Nice to try. Too easy to make. Delicious taste.

Yield: 3-4 servings


  • 4 frozen parata
  • 3 sausages
  • 4 sheets cheese (may used mozarella cheese)
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • pinch of salt, black pepper, chilli powder (add or less as you please)
  • pinch of oregano leaves
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package instant cream soup
  • 750 ml water


  1. Heat olive oil, put frozen paratha on it. Roast until brownish. Then put a sheet of cheese on it, roast a while until melting. Set aside.
  2. Make the instant cream soup as its guide. Add onion, mushroom, broccoli, and sausages. Stir a little bit to cook them.
  3. Put some additional seasoning (salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and oregano leaves). Stir and cook well.
  4. Serve the cream soup in a bowl, place a paratha on its bowl. Ready to eat!


I added much chilli powder since I do love spicy flavor. It was tastier :9


Morning Plan is CHANGED!

“Rushing in the morning? What’s your need to eat? – BakeSick”

My morning day is rushing. Hurry up to do driving practice with my cousin. It’s bad that I wake up late today 😦 Whereas I need to prepare my proper breakfast. What’s needed? What’s simple to make? Confused a little bit. Which one should I pick? That paratha (again) or this puff pastry? It was planned I’d made this for my breakfast. However, time run so fast. It’s 7.30!! God~ I have to do it really fast~ I’m thinking of cooking puff pastry would be take my time to much, since it must be putting in the oven. Then, I put paratha out of refrigerator and cook it inspired by the recipe I plan before.


Folding Paratha with Protein-Salad

Suits to make in a rush! Really~

Yield: 2 servings


  • 2 frozen parata
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sheets cheese (may used mozarella cheese)
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • pinch of salt, black pepper, chilli powder (add or less as you please)
  • pinch of oregano leaves
  • 2 tbs olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil, put frozen paratha on it. Roast until brownish.
  2. Beat an egg on it. Cook them together. Then put a sheet of cheese on cooked egg. Cook well. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the salad: in a large bowl, mix together lettuce with salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and oregano leaves.
  4. Take 1 prepared paratha, put some salad in it. Fold it. DONE!
  5. Enjoy it with chili or tomato sauce.


EASY EASY EASY! Fast and rushing~ Importantly, never choke when eating this! LOL~


Extra Energy

“Drink your milk, it completes you – BakeSick”

Still, it was my yesterday story. Hehe~ Long day, great breakfast was needed. Other words, I needed kinda extra energy to spend my day with full energy. I remembered about some red beans because of its great function for our health. This is what I did with some red beans.


Red Bean Choco Milkshake

Just take your 5 minutes to make this! Refreshing your morning~

Yield: 1-2 glass


  • 1 cup cooked red beans
  • 1/2 cup red beans’ boiled water leftover
  • 1-2 cup full cream milk
  • 2-3 tbs honey
  • 500 ml ice cubes (add or less as you please)


  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Pour in to glass. Enjoy~


You may enjoyed it in cold or hot state, they both tasted well. If you like, add few cream. I didn’t put some because it was empty stock in my refrigerator.




“LONG Feet to take, have LONG pasta to start your day – BakeSick”

First of all, sorry for missing a day updating my blog. Yesterday was my long day~ Long feet to take. LOL 😀

As always, I was waking up in the morning then going to check my storage. I found the rest of fettucini was still there, its package was overt. I merely planned to cook it instead of expired. Moreover, I’d had a long day. It suited eating Fettucini for my breakfast then. Hhaaa 😀

Took your pan, READY to cook!!


Basic Fettucini with Broccoli and Sausages

It’s a basic, simple, and won’t take your much time. In couple of minutes, ready to enjoy your pasta.

Yield: 2-3 bowls


  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 3 sausages
  • 1 package fettucini (250 gr)
  • 3 garlic (average size)
  • 1 tbs thyme (add or less as you please)
  • pinch of salt, black pepper (add or less as you please)
  • 3-4 tbs Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • water to cook pasta (about 5-7 cups)


  1. Boil water and add 1/2 tsp olive oil and pinch of salt. After boiling, put Fettucini in it. Cook it until al dente. Set aside. (To prevent more cooking process, you may mix it with some ice until cold)
  2. Heat olive oil on a pan, fry onion until quite dry. Add garlic then sausages. Mix a little bit with broccoli put in.
  3. Add salt and black pepper. Stir to blend them.
  4. Add the cooked Fettucini, then thyme. Cook and blend them well. DONE!


Such an easy pasta recipe, right? Hope you enjoy this, because I thought it resulted an amazing taste when I ate it. Hhe~

By the way, if you like, just put some cheese in it. Assure it’d tasted more delicious.


Oats Love Our Heart

“What’s menu for today breakfast? – BAKEsick”

Hmm~ Let me check my refrigerator. I found the rest of Lince mushroom that I bought couple days a go. Firstly, I wanna make Tom Yum, kinda Thai Soup with a little bit sour flavor. But, my helper said that we didn’t have any leaves of lemon grass left 😦 Fine.. Then an idea came up in my head.


Oatmeal Soup with Lince Mushroom

Simple to make and fresh your morning. Care your heart!

Yield: 1-2 bowls


  • 1 carrot (average size)
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Lince mushroom
  • 1 garlic (about 1 tsp)
  • 4 meatballs (small size)
  • pinch of salt, pepper, chilli powder (as you please)
  • 2 tbs Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbs oatmeal
  • 2 tofus


  1. Heat 2 tbs olive oil on a pan, fry onion until quite dry. Add garlic then  meatballs. Mix a little bit.
  2. Pour water in it. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and chilli powder. Stir to blend them. Cook until boiling.
  3. Add Lince mushroom, broccoli, carrot, and tofus. Cook them well.
  4. Last, put oatmeal in it to be thicken. Stir well. DONE!


I like eating soup for my breakfast. Besides would freshen up my mood, it’s a light meal. Suits for you on diet.


Parata With Sausage and Lince Mushroom

It’s Tuesday~ And it’s time to have a breakfast. I open my refrigerator, check what’s in it. Ah~ I find my parata bread in freezer. Okay, I decided to eat it. What should I do with this bread? Let me think~


Since I just find Lince mushroom and sausages that I bought couple days a go stay still in my refrigerator, I grab it and cook it.

Easy Parata with Sausage and Lince Mushroom Recipe

It’s really easy and won’t take your time too much.


  • 1 frozen parata
  • 1 sausage
  • 1/4 cup Lince mushroom
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • pinch of salt, pepper, chilli powder (as you please)
  • pinch of oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp English soy sauce
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs onion


  1. Heat 1 tbs olive oil on a pan, put frozen parata on it. Roast until brownish. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a beaten off egg on bowl. Mix with pinch of salt, pepper, chilli powder, and oregano leaves. Roast on a pan. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbs olive oil, add onion, sausage, then Lince mushroom. Cook with 1 tsp English soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chilli powder until it’s done.
  4. Serve them on a big plate, order as you like. Enjoy with some chilli sauce.


I love cooking an easy breakfast, cause my stomach can’t wait any longer to get some meal. LOL~


Cheesecake Plan {Pt.1}

Hey.. Welcome back! Still remember my cheesecake plan, right? I guess so.. If you wondering what kind of cheesecake that I eagerly want to make, from our great Martha Stewart recipes. *I do love her*

Cheesecake with Blueberry Topping

{RECIPE will be updated after DONE}


For my own case, since it’s hard to get fresh blueberries at my city, I decided to replace the topping with strawberry sauce by my own. I think it’d not be too different cause they’re still at the same family of berries.

First of all, I need to prepare the sour cream. I made it by myself from browsing in my internet. I found this!

Easy Homemade Sour Cream Recipe

Making home made sour cream doesn’t take long and you’ll really notice the difference in taste compared to the store bought variety.


  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk


Mix heavy cream and buttermilk in a screw-top jar. Allow the mixture to stand at room temperature overnight until it thickens. Chill sour cream well before using then store in the fridge.



Based on this easy recipe, then I prepare all ingredients that needed. This is what I used for my experiment.

Just follow the direction, and let the MAGIC happen!

Since I couldn’t find any buttermilk at store, then I made it by myself. This is how it made.


  • 1/4 cup milk
  • few drops of lemon


Mix milk and few drops of lemon. Stir a little bit. Wait for about 20-30 minutes to coagulate well.

DONE! You’ve just got your homemade buttermilk. Easy, isn’t it? After you have this buttermilk, just mix it with whipped cream. Cover your bottle then store it in refrigerator for 24 hours. Sometimes, you’ll need more time to get it becomes thick well. Check your sour cream, before using it. If it hasn’t done yet, let it in refrigerator for a day more.

Because of Cheese Plan

Haah~ It’s already came to end of January. It doesn’t feel that long, right? Hmm.. I’ve just get my passion back to do some cooking in my kitchen. Miss them much~ It’s been a while.. What’s now? What am I gonna cook? Then my decision came to CHEESECAKE. I’ve been dreaming to bake this delightful cake. Yuum~ Gonna try my best now 😀

First, I’ve to buy all ingredients that I need. WAIT!! Check the recipe first~ Course I must noted them all on my book. Don’t miss anything, okay~

After that, LET’S SHOPPING!! Don’t know why, I do love shopping at Super Indo. As long as I’ve been doing shopping at many Supermarket, I found that this one is MY BEST PLACE to go. They display and offer almost everything and manage well. Thousand thumbs up for Super Indo 😀 hho~

I’m picking these, those.. Everything that I need, even sometimes hard to decide for buying one item or not. LOL~ After about an hour, TADAA~~ These all were I bought yesterday 🙂

I was so happy that finally I got Olive Oil in my storage. Really adore this stuff cause of its contents. It’s really good for our body and health. Nice~ Btw, I bought the cheapest one. It cost about IDR 56.000 for 200ml. Cheap, right?

Another thing that I found and bought yesterday, this is it! Sobulgogi~ You can read that title that way. You may know one of Korean popular food, BULGOGI, that means as BBQ. I’ve eaten once at one of Korean Restaurant in my city. It tasted quite well. But my second try at Dae Jang Geum., WOW.. It tasted DEADLY YUMMY~~ Really.. You have to try this food, especially if you’re meat lovers.

Ups.. Almost forgot about my cheesecake plan. If you see my purchases I bought lemons, whipped cream, milk, and aluminum foil, these are stuffs that I’m gonna use to make my cheesecake plan tomorrow. Wait and see my action, okay 🙂
